What is the return policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted any time within 15 days of receipt of the product.

All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How will I know when my order has shipped.

You can check your order status on your account's dashboard. A tracking number will be provided with your order status.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
